Here goes…
Category: CompetitionExciting times, launching a new website with lots of clever and exciting new bits, and with lots of hard work having gone on behind the scenes. This is an outlet for me to let people know what I’m up to more regularly, and a hub of information for anyone who’s interested in finding out where I am, how I’ve been getting on, and where I’m going next.
Despite the excitement, it’s also a tough time to be launching the site, as I had hoped I would be competing in the World Champs in Daegu, but this week has found me in London watching on TV. For various reasons, illness amongst them, I wasn’t able to achieve what I wanted to at the most important point of the season. So I have taken the opportunity to make sure I’m healthy again, and to give myself the best possible starting point for the next eleven months of training and racing.
This does mean I’m very (understatement) motivated, and am looking ahead, excited about building up training again, and setting myself some targets over the coming months. Hopefully if you’re reading this, you’ll be back and follow how I get on!…
